1. Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our digital design services, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. If you are dissatisfied, please communicate with your assigned designer to ensure results meet your expectations. We are committed to revising designs until you are satisfied within the limits of your subscription.

2. Delivery

All services are delivered digitally via email, WhatsApp, or cloud-based download links. No physical goods are shipped. Turnaround times depend on the complexity of the project and client response times, but most tasks are delivered within a few business days.

3. Missed Deadlines

While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays caused by lack of client feedback or excessive revisions may occur. Unlimited Pixels is not liable for indirect losses due to delayed deliveries.

5. Plan-Specific Content

Each Unlimited Pixels subscription plan includes different levels of service. The client agrees to use the service according to the specifications and limitations of the plan selected at checkout.

Essential Plan

Advanced Plan

    • Unlimited requests & revisions (1 active at a time)

    • Everything in Essential + faster delivery (1–3 days)

    • UI/UX components, banners, infographics

    • Priority support via Email/WhatsApp

Business Plan

    • Unlimited requests & revisions (2 active at a time)

    • Dedicated designer access + brand kit support

    • Presentations, decks, ads, branded guides

    • Slack or Meet communication available

Agency Plan

    • Unlimited requests & revisions (4 active at a time)

    • Multiple brand support + strategy consultation

    • Full creative team with project coordination

    • Daily updates, Slack/Zoom/Notion supported
