Unlimited Pixels offers graphic design services on a subscription basis. Upon purchasing a plan, clients will be contacted by our team via email or WhatsApp to understand their design needs. A dedicated designer from our team will then be assigned to work directly with the client throughout their subscription.
All communication and design delivery is handled manually through email, WhatsApp, or scheduled meetings. There is no SaaS dashboard or automated platform involved. Our offering is strictly limited to human-powered graphic design support.
Subscriptions are billed monthly, quarterly, biannually, or annually depending on the plan selected.
Clients are entitled to unlimited design requests and revisions during the active subscription period.
Work begins once the client has completed payment and provided sufficient project details.
Clients may cancel at any time.
Monthly plans require at least 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
Plans of 3, 6, or 12 months require 30 days’ cancellation notice.

Due to the nature of our digital service and time invested by our designers, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced. Clients are encouraged to communicate feedback to ensure satisfaction.
All design work delivered is the property of the client once the subscription is active and payment is confirmed. Unlimited Pixels retains the right to display work for portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed.
Clients must:
Provide clear project details and expectations.
Respond in a timely manner to communication from their assigned designer.
Respect the scope of design work included in the plan selected.
Clients agree to use our services solely for legal and ethical purposes. Our services may not be used in connection with any illegal, unauthorized, or high-risk activity. This includes, but is not limited to, any kind of media redistribution, adult content, gambling, or other non-design related digital services.
Unlimited Pixels LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
